6/12/2023 0 Comments Artisteer 4.2 tutorial![]() The whole responsive thing needs work, I agree Nick, especially the disappearing header image. ![]() I just want a normal upgrade process and some news. WE could unite and go postal on them around the net. FYI, Google has changed it's whole SEO stance. They seem to want all this traffic but people come to it and see tons of negative posts. What I don't get is the whole forum conundrum. They would be showing customer concern and we would all benefit. Kind of an industry standard, no? If they did that NO one could or probably would complain much. Sure the new features will be great but fix a bug release a patch version. Why are we waiting 5 months for bug fixes. I had a video demonstration video in the Wordpress forum indicating this problem, with no feedback yet, about 2-3 weeks ago. But I think the responsive header issues, specially when adding third party slideshows in the header must be addressed asap. I am also sure that Mac users would love to finally get out 3.1 version as well I suppose. It would also be really nice to utilize the bootstrap classes to display a widget in a given device (desktop, tablet or phone), the way templateer does, and finally, be able to control if the left sidebar should be shown before or after the content in the responsive views. As far as Wordpress goes, I hope they learned how to do page templates from templateer, and templatoster how to have multiple column posts. ![]() As far as e-commerce goes, it will be icing on the cake if they finally deliver on that promise as well. Some bug fixes would be nice, that Artisteer never acknowledged thus far, specially with the responsive header section, and content editing, with some helpful jquery classes, like accordions, toggles, etc. I hope Artisteer makes it compatible with oscommerce so that the noob end users get an opportunity to develop a beautiful web site without having to deal with greedy web developers.Īt this point, I don't think many of us are expecting major upgrades. Well, I don't have a problem with that but undermining Artisteer for not meeting those demands in a "timely" manner to your satisfaction is unjustified and simply pathetic. I agree with Petr Artisteer is very good and I get the impression most of the whingers are those demanding Artisteer make it compatible with some of the other ecommerce programs so they can make money at a commercial level quickly and cheaply. But is only a minor update so I hope everyone isn't expecting a major overhaul. JJust a note that as always we are working on new product features and expect Artisteer 4.2 Beta to be available sometime in July 2013.
